Delivery
- We want to serve you at your fullest delight & it is our endeavour to deliver you ASAP
- Orders received by afternoon are delivered on same day
- Orders received in after late afternoon will be delivered during 1st half of next day.
- Urgent orders can be delivered @ Rs.50/ delivery
Delivery Charges:
CANCELLATION:
- Complete or Partial order cancellation can be done before the order is dispatched
- Order cannot be cancelled once you receive the dispatch notification.
- If the order is Prepaid then refund will be done in 3-5 days. Refer Refund policy for more information
RETURNS & REPLACEMENT:
- Wrong Product: We will accept return and replace/ refund the same. If you choose to keep the said product, we will offer you 20% discount on the same.

Defective/ Damaged Product: In case you find such product, please contact customer care, fill a complaint form with a picture of product. We will give you
full refund for that. - Missing item: In this case, we will deliver the missing product next day or refund the amount.
REFUND:
- Refund will be initiated immediately after your case is reported and approved.
- Refund may take 3-5 days to reflect on your account.
- In any case, refund will be done for Product cost only. There will be refund on delivery charges or any other charges.
- In case of replacement, we will deliver it for free.
PRODUCT COMPLAINT:
- Quality of Flourish products are maintained to utmost standard. Some product also requires Cold chain storage.
